Russia Confirms Strikes on Ukrainian Energy Infrastructure, Contradicting Trump's Ceasefire Claim

Russia's Defense Ministry confirmed a comprehensive attack on Ukrainian communication and energy infrastructure, directly contradicting Trump's weekend claim that both sides had agreed to halt such strikes. This marks a clear reversal of the purported agreement, escalating the conflict and raising questions about the reliability of ceasefire negotiations. The strikes threaten Ukraine's energy grid ahead of winter, with potential humanitarian and economic consequences.
