Venezuelan opposition parties UNT and Primero Justicia endorse US-backed dialogue with Chavismo

Major Venezuelan opposition parties have formally supported US-led efforts to initiate dialogue with the Maduro administration. The parties conditioned their participation on tangible concessions, including the release of political prisoners and the establishment of a transparent electoral calendar.
