Israeli strikes hit southern Lebanon despite ceasefire framework

Israeli artillery and airstrikes targeted Wadi Zibqin, Mansouri, and Majdal Zoun in southern Lebanon, continuing attacks despite a reported framework deal. The strikes suggest the ceasefire is fragile or not yet fully implemented, raising uncertainty about de-escalation. This deviation from the expected halt in hostilities signals potential breakdown of the agreement.
