Tennessee National Guard troops train guns on dying man after shooting, video shows

Newly released body-camera footage shows Tennessee National Guard members pointing handguns at Tyrin Johnson, 20, as he lay dying after being shot in the back by a guard member in Memphis in July. The video raises questions about the use of force and medical response by guard troops, with a police officer heard requesting a medical kit. The incident is under investigation by county prosecutors, and the footage could fuel scrutiny of National Guard conduct in domestic operations.
