Romania proposes digital tracking system for septic waste management

Interim Environment Minister Diana Buzoianu announced plans to implement a digital monitoring system for septic trucks to combat illegal waste dumping. The initiative will be accompanied by legislation to increase penalties for non-compliant waste management services.
