Finland murder trial begins six years after disappearance, body found in basement

The trial of two men charged with murder in the Kellarisurman case has begun in Seinäjoki, six years after the victim went missing in November 2020 and was found in an apartment building basement the following summer. The case has been delayed, and the trial outcome will determine accountability for a high-profile local crime.
