Rosatom seeks ceasefire to repair ZNPP external power line

Rosatom head Alexey Likhachev is coordinating with Russian security and diplomatic agencies to secure a temporary ceasefire to repair the Ferrospalnaya power line. The Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant has been operating without external power since August 20, relying on backup systems, which increases the risk of a nuclear safety incident.
