Azkoyen classifies Jainaga and Basque Government takeover bid as friendly

Azkoyen has formally labeled the acquisition proposal from Jainaga and the Basque Government as friendly and appointed Garrigues as legal counsel. The company will issue a formal assessment of the offer following authorization by the Spanish National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).
