Grupa Virtus signs term sheet for metallurgical and defense sector consolidation

Grupa Virtus S.A. has entered into a term sheet with Polska Grupa Hutnicza, Supra Investments, and Doradztwo Gospodarcze Scorpion to secure financing and consolidate Andoria sp. z o.o. and Huta Małapanew sp. z o.o. The agreement aims to integrate metallurgical assets to expand defense-related production capabilities. It remains uncertain whether the final acquisition and consolidation terms will be successfully executed.
