Norwegian Prosecution Seeks 15-Year Preventive Detention in Murder Appeal

State prosecutor Peter Johansen requested 15 years of preventive detention for Steinar Wangen, charged with murdering a Swedish woman, on the final day of his appeal in Agder Court of Appeal. The district court had already imposed the same sentence, which Wangen, denying the charges, appealed. The case concludes Wednesday afternoon.
