Chile's SII to increase transparency in property valuation data

The Chilean Internal Revenue Service (SII) will disclose property sales data used for land revaluation and tax calculations for the first time. This initiative, agreed upon with the Taxpayer Ombudsman, aims to improve transparency and facilitate the appeals process for property owners.
