Brazil NR-1 Mandates Psychosocial Risk Management in Companies

Brazil's Regulatory Standard No. 1 now formally requires companies to identify, evaluate, and control psychosocial risk factors (overload, harassment, unattainable goals) as part of Occupational Risk Management, effective May 2026.
