Türkiye warns Israel over 'reckless' Syria strikes, cites southern escalation

Türkiye's UN envoy publicly condemned Israeli military operations in Syria, specifically flagging southern Syria as 'alarming' and stating Israeli actions are 'getting out of control.' This marks a sharpening of Ankara's rhetoric against Israel, potentially signaling a shift toward more assertive diplomatic or military posturing in the region. The statement reflects growing friction between Türkiye and Israel over Syria policy, with implications for regional alignment and ceasefire stability.
