Bosnian disciplinary commission dismisses ethics case against Bijeljina judge

The High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council's second-instance commission has finalized the dismissal of a disciplinary lawsuit against Judge Aleksandar Despenić. The case, which alleged violations of judicial ethics and damage to institutional integrity, is now closed following the rejection of the initial complaint.
