Ex-partner alleges Chilean ex-justice knew of payments in Belarusian ruling

Gonzalo Migueles told Chilean prosecutors that former Supreme Court minister Ángela Vivanco knew she would receive money if a Belarusian consortium prevailed in a case before the court. Vivanco voted in favor of the company days later without recusing herself. The allegation, if corroborated, would deepen the corruption scandal around Chile's judiciary.
