Large-scale wildfire in Deliblatska peščara contained with no reported casualties

A wildfire has impacted 3,960 hectares of the Deliblatska peščara nature reserve, including 3,100 hectares of forest. Serbian authorities have denied speculation regarding land repurposing and have initiated a restoration plan for the affected area.
