SIBUR Starts Commissioning World-Class Polypropylene Unit at ZapSibNeftekhim

SIBUR has begun commissioning the main equipment of its new polypropylene production line (DGP-2) at the ZapSibNeftekhim complex in Tobolsk, Russia. The unit, with a single-line capacity of 570,000 tons per year, is among the world's largest propane dehydrogenation and polypropylene facilities. This marks a significant step in expanding Russia's petrochemical export capacity, though the timeline for full commercial operation remains uncertain.
