Asker Healthcare acquires Polish Labo Clinic, adds 100 Mkr revenue

Asker Healthcare, a serial acquirer, has agreed to acquire Labo Clinic in Poland, a company with 13 employees and about 100 million kronor in annual revenue. The deal expands Asker's footprint in Poland's healthcare services market. Financial terms were not disclosed, and the strategic rationale beyond revenue addition remains unclear.
