Odesa driver deliberately runs over, shoots military man; suspect detained

A driver in Odesa intentionally caused a road accident and then shot a military serviceman, according to the prosecutor's office. The weapon has been seized and the suspect detained. This appears to be an isolated criminal incident, though the targeting of a military member in wartime Ukraine raises security concerns.
