Finland Names First F-35 'Sisu', Marking New Era for Air Force

Finnish President Stubb named the first F-35 fighter jet 'Sisu' at a ceremony with the Lapland Air Wing, signaling the start of Finland's F-35 fleet introduction. This is a routine milestone in Finland's defense modernization, with no immediate strategic shift. The naming underscores Finland's continued integration of Western defense systems post-NATO accession.
