Peru ONPE completes electoral material delivery ahead of regional and municipal elections

Peru's electoral authority ONPE finished distributing voting materials across Lima and Callao one day before regional and municipal elections, covering 1,887 locations in Lima and 224 in Callao. The delivery is routine logistical preparation, with no reported disruptions. This matters as it signals election readiness in a politically sensitive context.
