African States Demand Kyiv Repatriate Citizens Captured Fighting for Russia

The request signals a diplomatic strain between Kyiv and African states, which have largely maintained neutral stances on the war. The outcome could affect Ukraine's relations with African nations and set a precedent for handling foreign fighters in the conflict.
