Costa Rica regulator investigates Kölbi for unauthorized 5G pilot continuation

State-owned telecommunications provider Kölbi continued its 5G pilot program despite a formal suspension order from the Superintendency of Telecommunications (Sutel). Sutel is now investigating the breach of regulatory compliance after detecting the service operated for months without required authorization.
