Trump escalates rhetoric against Norway after Nobel snub

US President Donald Trump intensified verbal attacks on Norway, calling it a 'country of losers' and threatening to bar Norwegian immigrants, in response to the Nobel Committee's decision not to award him the Peace Prize. The remarks mark a sharp deterioration in bilateral relations, though they are largely rhetorical and unlikely to lead to concrete policy changes. The incident underscores the unpredictability of US foreign policy under Trump and its potential to strain alliances.
