Bratislava challenges Ministry of Environment decision on Slovnaft waste-to-energy plant

The Bratislava municipal government has filed an appeal against the Ministry of Environment's environmental impact assessment for the CEZO waste-to-energy project. The city claims the ministry failed to address critical objections and is demanding a restart of the administrative proceedings.
