Argentine gynecologist arrested in Chaco on sexual abuse charges

Gustavo Kumiega, a gynecologist in Resistencia, Chaco, was arrested following raids ordered by prosecutors on sexual abuse allegations. His lawyer disputes the basis, claiming the case is about alleged malpractice and that defense has not yet accessed the file. The arrest marks a significant step in an ongoing investigation, though legal proceedings are at an early stage.
