Pilot stabbed on Dubai-Tel Aviv flight, plane diverted to Saudi Arabia

A flight from Dubai to Tel Aviv was forced to divert to Saudi Arabia after a pilot was stabbed on board, according to passenger accounts. The incident is unverified and the motive is unclear, but it marks a potential security breach in civil aviation. The diversion to Saudi Arabia is notable given the lack of formal ties between Israel and Saudi Arabia, though recent normalization talks have progressed.
