Chile: Mayor Concha denounces missing promised streambed-cleaning machinery amid storm

Mayor Miguel Concha of Peñalolén, Chile, publicly denounced that the government-promised machinery to clean streambeds has not arrived, despite being promised last Saturday, as the Metropolitan Region faces its most critical day of a frontal system. The delay raises flood risk in the commune during the storm. The claim is based on the mayor's statement; the government's response is not yet reported.
