Wildberries launches proprietary messaging platform WB Chat

Russian e-commerce giant Wildberries has introduced an internal messaging service, WB Chat, to facilitate communication within its ecosystem. It remains unclear whether the platform will be restricted to internal corporate use or expanded to include customer-facing features.
