AbbVie seeks SUS approval for Rinvoq in Crohn's disease

AbbVie is seeking to expand the indication of upadacitinib (Rinvoq) in Brazil's public health system (SUS) to include Crohn's disease and two other inflammatory conditions already approved by Anvisa. The drug is currently covered for rheumatoid arthritis and soon for adolescent atopic dermatitis. This is a regulatory and market-access development, not a clinical trial result.
