Fires hit oil refinery in Bashkortostan and Yandex data center in Sasovo

Two separate fires broke out in Russia: one at an oil refinery in Bashkortostan and another at a Yandex factory and data center in Sasovo. The cause and extent of damage are unclear; the incidents may be accidental or deliberate, but no attribution has been made. The fires could disrupt regional energy and digital infrastructure, though market impact is likely limited unless confirmed as coordinated sabotage.
