Montenegro Constitutional Court delays ruling on UAE agreement pending new judge orientation

The Montenegrin Constitutional Court has deferred its decision on the constitutionality of the agreement with the United Arab Emirates. The delay is intended to allow newly appointed judges Predrag Krstonijević and Jelena Ružičić to familiarize themselves with the case files and court procedures.
