Peru: Conima mayoral race tied, winner to be decided by draw

In Peru's Puno region, the mayoral election in Conima district ended in a tie between candidates from País para Todos and Somos Perú. The JEE of Huancané will determine the winner by draw, a rare procedural outcome. This is a local electoral development with no immediate national or market implications.
