Ebonyi State reports low capital budget execution for health and education in H1 2026

Ebonyi State government utilized only 6.2 percent of its health capital budget and less than 10 percent of its education capital budget during the first half of 2026. Despite recording N210.64 billion in revenue, several ministries received zero capital funding, raising concerns regarding fiscal management and service delivery priorities.
