Bosnia diaspora ballots received; count may alter election outcome

Bosnia's Central Election Commission has received all diaspora ballots that arrived by the deadline, setting the stage for a count that could shift results in the recent election. The outcome hinges on the margin and distribution of these votes, which are often decisive in tight races. This development is part of the standard post-election process but carries significance given the potential to change the final result.
