Polish District Court halts restructuring of Skarżysko-Kamienna hospital due to legal status

The Kielce District Court discontinued restructuring proceedings for the Skarżysko-Kamienna county hospital following a Supreme Court ruling that public healthcare centers (SP ZOZ) lack the legal capacity for such restructuring. The hospital faces 153 million PLN in debt, and the collapse of the rescue plan leaves its financial future and operational continuity uncertain.
