Kapital Colombia to transition to financing company, targets $5M monthly disbursements

Kapital, a fintech operating in Colombia, announced it will become a financing company within a year, a process already underway. Country manager Vivian Acuña Hernández stated the firm aims to disburse US$5 million monthly. This regulatory shift could expand its funding access and competitive position in the local credit market.
