Ukraine Claims Defensive 'Dome' Over Kyiv Jams Shahed Drone Comms

Ukrainian presidential advisor Serhiy Bezkrestnov announced a defensive 'dome' over Kyiv that disrupts radio communications of Russian Shahed drones. The claim is unverified and lacks technical details, but suggests an evolving counter-drone capability. If confirmed, it would mark a significant shift in Ukraine's air defense posture, potentially reducing drone threat to the capital.
