Palestinian factions agree to national dialogue ahead of November elections

Fatah and Hamas, along with other Palestinian factions, have agreed to hold a national dialogue focused on forming a unity government and implementing the 2011 Cairo reconciliation agreement. The dialogue precedes parliamentary elections scheduled for November, marking a potential shift toward intra-Palestinian political cooperation. The outcome remains uncertain given past failures to implement reconciliation.
