Serbia targets registration of 800,000 properties by year-end under 'Svoj na svome' law

Minister Aleksandra Sofronijević announced an accelerated effort to formalize property rights for up to 800,000 units by the end of 2026. The initiative aims to resolve long-standing land registry backlogs, though the feasibility of meeting this volume within the remaining timeframe remains uncertain.
