Montenegro Implements Visa Regime for Russian and Belarusian Nationals

Montenegro has introduced a mandatory visa requirement for citizens of Russia and Belarus, effective November 1. The policy shift is explicitly linked to the country's objective of aligning its visa policy with the European Union to facilitate accession by 2028.
