Human Rights Action proposes oversight reforms for Montenegro's Ministry of Internal Affairs

Human Rights Action (HRA) has proposed amendments to the Law on Internal Affairs to diversify the composition of oversight commissions. The proposal seeks to include a retired judge, a lawyer, and human rights advocates alongside Ministry of Internal Affairs (MUP) representatives to enhance institutional accountability.
