Nigeria: 28 killed in Plateau despite curfew; attacks persist

Renewed attacks across three LGAs in Plateau State killed at least 28 people, despite a dusk-to-dawn curfew imposed on September 21. The curfew has failed to halt violence, indicating either insufficient enforcement or a determined escalation by perpetrators. This underscores the fragility of state security measures in the region.
