Hartenberg Holding acquires majority stake in menswear brand Joe Merino

Enterstore, a subsidiary of Andrej Babiš's Hartenberg Holding, has acquired a majority stake in the Dutch menswear brand Joe Merino. The acquisition marks a further expansion of the Czech Prime Minister's private investment portfolio into the European retail sector.
