Antigua and Barbuda maintains import ban on Dominican Republic pork products due to ASF

The Ministry of Agriculture of Antigua and Barbuda has renewed a standing ban on pork imports from the Dominican Republic, citing ongoing concerns regarding African Swine Fever (ASF). The restriction, originally implemented in 2021, remains in place to prevent the introduction of the highly contagious viral disease into the local swine population.
