Ecuador: Water Shortage in La Puntilla Due to Main Pipeline Work; Pressure to Stabilize by Sept 25

The Municipality of Samborondón has justified water shortages in La Puntilla as resulting from construction on a new main pipeline, and has opened a case against the concessionaire.
