Chile: Bus torched, supermarket looting attempt mark Oct 18 anniversary unrest

During the October 18 commemoration in Santiago's Metropolitan Region, a RED bus was burned in Pedro Aguirre Cerda and another attacked with blunt objects, while an attempted supermarket looting occurred in Maipú. The incidents reflect ongoing sporadic violence linked to the 2019 social unrest anniversary, though scale appears limited compared to past years.
