Dominican Republic convenes ministerial meeting to coordinate national road safety policy

The Dominican Republic's National Institute of Transit and Land Transportation (INTRANT) hosted a high-level meeting with UN representatives to align national road safety policies with international standards. This marks the first time such a multi-stakeholder coordination effort has been formalized in the country to address traffic-related mortality.
