Former Vitacura municipal officials initiate lawsuit against municipality following termination

Two former municipal employees in Vitacura, Chile, are suing the municipality for $200 million following their dismissal after being recorded engaging in a sexual act on municipal property in June 2025. The legal proceedings will determine if the termination was legally justified or if the plaintiffs are entitled to compensation.
