EQT and Norges team up to bid for Acciona Energía

Swedish PE firm EQT has formed an alliance with Norway's sovereign wealth fund to bid for Acciona Energía, the renewable subsidiary of Spain's Acciona group, in a sale process initiated by the Entrecanales family.
